Lately we've been asking "why" ? Why did we decide to become wedding photographers ? Why are we shooting the way we shoot ? Where are we trying to get to ? There are days we even question if this is something we really want to do the rest of our lives. Why would you want to follow around two people for more than 12 hours, trying to get their best angles, best moments, and on top of that spending hours and hours editing and re-editing their photos ? For us is simple. We want to feel love. We want to touch it. We want to live it. Beyond the cakes and wedding dresses, there is something really beautiful we experience and find at every wedding. That moment when two people decide to commit to each other is beautiful. Not beautiful because it is that perfect day to say I love you, but beautiful because there is an acceptance of human condition. That even though the world is not perfect, that their love is not perfect, they accept the vulnerability of being human and they say to each other, I love you. That makes us gasp. We couldn't find words to describe Enie and Misael's love. While seeing their photos and their story, tears started running down and we thought to ourselves, it is okay to be human, it is okay to be vulnerable. It is beautiful. We felt love.
